Poem I wrote "This Is Who I Am" Oct 19, 2010

I'm a hopeless romantic who doesn't believe in love.

I'm a skeptical believer; a cynic who  wants to believe the best.

I'm an independent woman who just can't get enough;

I'll tell you everything but it's up to you to figure out the rest.

I'm a touch-me-not who craves affection;

an introverted being with extroverted tendencies.

I'm a mess of a perfect collection

a dreamer who always acknowledges harsh realities.

I'm a lover who fights not to love;

I'm confrontational but always seeking peace;

I'm a slacker who goes beyond and above.

I'm a quitter who will never truly cease.

I'm confident in what I am; terrified of what I'm not.

I'm fearful, I'm fearless; I'm a coward and I'm brave.

I'm a good girl; a bad girl that never gets caught.

I'm a rebel that hates rules but I rarely misbehave.

I am what I'm not; I'm not what I am.

I'm everything; I'm nothing; and everything in between.

I care very deeply, but really don't give a damn.

I'm a little bit of it all; and nothing like you've ever seen.
